Hi,
Please clarify me below issue regarding 498a case.
After marriage with in 2 months she left house. In between of 2 months every day she quarrel with me & my parents with different issues. She working woman she left the morning 8am and back again 7 pm. One day she started big issue and she tried to beat with my father then i stopped and she started argue with me.
The next day due to allergy she took the avil tabulates 4(really i don't know weather she took or not) without intimating me and she asking go to hospital due to stomach pain we went the hospital.Due to stomach pain and doctors said need observe one day in hospital and i informed to her father but he didn't came to hospital. For one day staying in hospital doctors are didn't find any cause and finally they said need to find in small operation and they asking me to sign in the operation sheet.I tried to sign in the sheet she(wife) said don't sign informed to her father then i informed to her father he came immediately and she discharged without intimating me(that time am in outside).
After two days. she logged the compliant 498a case and saying due to harassment i took sleeping pills like that she converted her stomach pain issue into dowry related.
1) Doctors given discharge report saying she took the avil tabulates and every thing is good and normally conditions.
2) Police man he didn't enquired properly he created charge sheet as every thing in fir copy
3) This issue happened almost 3yrs back.
Now my clarification
How i need prove she join hospital due to stomach pain Please clarify me i tired to compromise the issue past 3yrs but they are asking huge(almost 15lacks) amount and block mailing am not in position to pay that much of amount because my parents are also sick person i need spend some money their medicines also.
Please clarify above issue.

Answer: In the hopital those doctors temparary appointed those are already left the hosptial they don't know who she?(issue happend 3yrs back)

"What are the allegation(s) against you and your parents in the FIR. You would be having her Hospital discharge slip etc. you can give it to police to investigate "
Answer: she filed false allegation dowary harrasment to my family memebers. I have discharge report in the same report they are saying simple she took the 4 avil tablates(her version) and other than nothing written and saying bp and sugar etc every thing is clear.
Police man not investigate and he submitted report as same as FIR copy.(she stayin in my home only 20days after marriage and that to morning 7am she left the house she will be back 8 pm working womean)
Please clarify me how i need to show she played drama.

this discharge report already states the medicine which ur wife took that itself is evidence ... as per my knowledge avil tablets are for allergy... not sleeping pills...
as she already in your house, there may not be much you can do here.
In case the doctor's are temporary, the hospital is required to keep records so you can apply to the court for issue of summons to produce documents.
