Legal Question in Family Law in India

Please Help me

Previously I put a question but there was no clarity for the respected attorney�s to answer. I am writing the question in more detailed. Please help me out.

First Marriage: My Friend Muslim got married to a Christian girl under Special Marriage Act. There was no any religion change and that girl is still a Christian and my friend is still a Muslim.

Second Marriage: Under some circumstances he has to marry another Muslim girl under Muslim marriage act (Nikah). This Girl knows everything and even then she got married to him. (But no written evidence that this girl knows everything).

Problem : Now the second wife (Muslim) is staying with her parents and threatening my friend that she will file a criminal case against him saying that she cheated her and he did not say her before the marriage about his first marriage. Now she wants that my friend should leave his first wife (Christian girl). I wanted to know is there any problem to my friend from his second wife now.
