hi my name is priya.its been one year for my marriage and since july i have been staying at my parents place. me and my husband fought on silly reasons coz of whihhe and his parents forcibly sent me to my parents place. i want to save this marriage but 2months before hez asked for a divorse. he has not been talking to me or dint make any efforts to save this marriage. i dont want to give a divorse and i firm on it .also being his wife i cannot stay all my life at my parents place. i want to stay with him. need ur help in how can i legally have the right to stay at my husbands place with him. will restitution of conjugal rights help?

Restitution will not help you but instead you can file a petition under the Domestic violence act. and you can file an application u/s 23 of the act for residence and maintenance. try to file a restitution of conjugal right which will help you,before go to marriage counsellor for councelling,in my experience it is very much effective to save the matrimonial life.
