Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is there any problem to my friend, he is a pvt, employ. He remarried without divorce from the first wife and he removed second wife mangal sutru, leg finger rings,(mattelu) , no photos , no videos on second marriage. No evidences on second wife except her relatives ( that second married wife was also escaped with other man). The first wife was filed a 498A ,3-DPA, 4-DPA . FIR registered in police station on 2/9/2010. 8 months before this,he filed a divorce petition on 12/1/2010 on first wife. The first wife is block mailing that we will prove that you are married, then only we will settle this case What he will do now please help me.

defiently he has a problem he cannot marry during the subsistance of teh earlier marraige,
