Legal Question in Family Law in

Is there any problem to my friend he remarried without divorce from the first wife and removed her mangal sutru, leg finger rings,(mattelu) , no photos , no videos on second marriage ( that second married girl was escaped with other man). The first wife was filed a 498A ,3-DPA, 4-DPA . FIR registered in police station.

Yes your friend can not remarry in the presence of his first wife (alive) OR if has not divorced her legally.
