My problem is somewhat wierd and more like a tale from a TV Serial. I met my prospective bridegroom through Shaadi.com Once i had decided that i want to get married to him and he too agreed, his ex-wife appeared from nowhere after 20 years and started giving him all kinds of problems. To cut the long story short, at present though he wants to get married to me and start life, his ex-wife has cleverly stolen his original divorce papers copy and unfortunately he does not have any details or copy of it. He remembers the year of his divorce. Could he get a copy of this and how can he do this. Please help

Certified copy of a court order/judgement can be obtained from the court by any person. Even you may directly obtain a certified copy of the judgement.
