Legal Question in Family Law in India

my problem is very wierd....my brother married a girl who was of a abnormal behavior inspite of my warnings....(am a doctor).Now after marriage everyday is hell for my aprents and my brother...the girl has mood disorders and has een diagnosed as a manic depressive.her family does not want her back and is abusive when we compalin to them sayinng its my brothers fault...wit out ay reason she has terrible mood swigs with a lot of howling/shouting...everyone around is aware of her mental status..wht do i do?? can u help please??

Check whether case is covered by Mental Health Act - If so, your brother may apply to the court for keeping her in prescribed govt hospital.
