procedure for complaint against the bias of a judge

The judge is dead baised against me or husbands where do I complaint against him and how do I ensure that this judge does not act in husband wife case

complaint against a juge can be made to CJ of High Court however you must proceed with proper evidence otherwise it will effect you adversely.

You may need to substantiate your allegation otherwise it may affect your case adversely. A complaint against the judge may be made to the higher authorities only if you have sufficient material / evidence to establish your allegation.

You should keep in mind that allegations against judges are not treated lightly and if your allegations are found false/incorrect you may face penal action.

Complaint against the judges may be filed before CJ with sufficient and proper evidence lest you may held up under IPC for violating the constitution.
