Gentleman, for an anticipatory bail in Uttar Pradesh, there is no provision by way of state amendment. You will have to move the Hon'ble High court under Art 227 of the Constitution or under 482 Cr PC for stay of your arrest making out a very very strong case of non-involvement in 498A or of false accusations on the face of it.

i am in agreement with Mr. Arya. there is no provision of anticipatory bail in UP and you will have to file a petition before the Allahabad High Court for quashing and stay of arrest on behalf of all the six people and in case you fail to file a petition, the police may arrest any of you any moment.
