Please let me know on the procedure on how to pay interim maintainance to petetioner in DV Case. Along with maintainance, the order says we need to provide shelter in shared house hold to petetioner where husband of petetioner is residing at present. How to inform petetioner about the address of shared house hold? Whether I need to wait for pertetioner to file EP ?

Please clarify.

You could pay the interim maintenance to the petitioner in court by cash/ cheque. After the Petitioner receives the amount she will sign on the roznama. Or you can make an application to pay the amount and get "amount received" signed by the Petitioner. Else you could deposit money in her account directly every month. You could choose a way convenient for you and also ensure that you have substantial record of the same.

As far as informing the Petitioner about the shelter is concerned, you can inform the Petitioner in court through your lawyer.
