Filing a reply to a Case even in Family Court may be done preferably with the help of a Lawyer for best results. This is because the reply must not only state the appropriate facts but must also state legal defense and statutory provisions. www.lawconcern.com

approach a local High Court practicing lawyer and file transfer petition in High Court if transfer is within same state. If transfer is in a court in different state than file petition for transfer in Supreme court.
