what is the process for court marriage if bride or groom are from other districts or state

If you intend court marriage in Mumbai / Maharashtra, then one of the parties should be a resident of Mumbai/ Maharashtra. You two will have to carry your some document for address proof, one document for identification and one document for birth date proof.
