you need to consult a lawyer in person for the same and there is no time limit unless it is a divorce by mutual consent.
1 by individual filing against the other spouse and 2nd by mutual consent .
first one takes longer duration but the second type of matters normally take 25-20 minutes per meeting.
1 by individual filing against the other spouse and 2nd by mutual consent .
first one takes longer duration and may go on for many years but the second type of matter is based on mutual agreement and takes only 6 months.
in second kind of matter both parties must be ready for the divorce.
It depends upon the method adopted by you in which you go for divorce proceedings.

If the divorce is when the two of you agree for a divorce, it is divorce by Mutual Consent. This will take about 6 months and you will be required to go to Court twice.
If you want a divorce and your wife does not want a divorce then you will have to file for divorce and there are grounds to be considered. This will take much longer. Even a couple of years.
find a gud lawyer he will help u and suggest everything in right manner discussing your case and facts
