hi!!!!
in Proof of termination of prior marriages i have the original documents issued by a competent authority which is on Rs100 stamp paper and is being notarized. Can that be considered as Final divorce decree? As we don�t have certified copies bearing the appropriate seal or stamp.

different documents are for different purposes. i cant tell like this that whether ur document is sufficient or not.
as far as decree is concerned, certified copy of it is the best one

You must have to get certified copy of decree which is best in evidence.

The marriage can be dissolved only by a court of law.

You have to obtain the decree of Divorce from the Court which has granted divorce. I am using the term decree because it is required for both of you . Better obtain two copies of the same.
