propert dispute

does a nominee have any share in the house or does he have any right to demand anything from the owner

A nominee is like a trustee who is entitled to receive property on behalf of the owner or his legal heirs. If he is required to incur any expense in the process, he can recover the same from the property or its owners.

No he is just a care taker.he can recover expenses incurred by him with approval of owner.

No he doesnt have any kind of share in the property.

He can only recover expenses which he has incurred by him with consent of the owner.
