property distribution

my father has died and the property of our family is joint between my father five sons and uncle and his two sons . all the property is named of my grand mother and some are joint name first father and uncle name . my uncle and his family and my two brother has not want to give me any property he has say u have case of cheque bounce and thats why u have not have to name in the property. but the case was dissmised in court . how can i do for registered my name in property and sale him.

File a case for declaration of property share. cheque bouncing cannot stop you.

You may seek partition of the property by filing a civil suit in the local court. A local lawyer may be required to pursue your remedy.
