there was property share between wife and husband out which the share of wife was gifted to minor children later the same was gifted to motherinlaw and fatherin law this gift deed needs to be cancelled as the parents are alive and so the inlaws cannot be gifted any chance to cancel the gift deed

yes, the gift deed may be cancelled and for the a civil suit needs to be filed.
