Property sharing
My father inherited property from my grand father as he is only son. there are two sisters to my father. one is died other one surviving. the property is in my fathers name. he has died recently. whether my surviving aunt has legal right to claim share in my fathers inherited property now, if so how much share to be given to her or her sons if they claim

She is entitled to half the share out of your grand father's property. Since your father had got the entire property in her name, now on his death, she or her children are entitled to their half share.
