How to prove there was no mental cruelty
My wife has filed 498a and has mentioned mental cruelty which is false. How should i prove it in court that there was no mental crutely on her.

that is the matter of trial and u just need to disprove their contentions.

See, your wife has filed a complaint, not you. Its she who has to prove cruelty.
If she is able to prove cruelty, then you have to disprove that and all this depends upon what and how she proved and other facts & circumstances.
