what is the punishment for an impotent men (not able to perform sexual intercourse) marring a girl without disclosing the real condition of him to her before the marriage.

dear client there is no punishment for those men who r sexually incapable in law. but woman can ask divorce on the ground of impotency from her husband. for any legal help call me on 7350245883

Female can ask either of the two things i) Annulment of marriage on grounds of non-consummation of marriage or ii) Divorce.
There is no provision for punishment in law.
