Legal Question in Family Law in India

i purchase the house on my wife name and the papers are on my wife's name and loan is also her name, but the i m paying EMI to direct the bank , and she bounce her emi, and i have pasetion of haouse, and also i paid the DP , So i want to know the house is mine or not after divorce coz i purchased the house at most good faith on her

Property belongs to the person in whose name it is purchased and otherwise you have to prove in the civil court that it was your money which was invested for purchasing the property and for making payment of bank loan which is virtually impossible in case payments are made in cash.
