What is the purpose of Second Schedule Form of the Special Marriage Act 1954?

We both (Husband & Wife) mentioned same Dweling Place in this form but I (wife) was only residing there and Husband is staying abroad. Can he be punished for the false declaration in Second Schedule form? He is divorcing me.
