i want to put a dowry case and a domestic violence case on my husband and his family,at the same time i want to get married and move on.my question is,once i find a suitable person for my self,i don want to go to courts etc etc,and disturb my new life.in that case can i withdraw both the cases easily.

in case you husband agrees for divorce by mutual consent, you may save your precious time and money. in case he does not agrees to the same, you may go for the desired cases and you cannot withdraw your dowry case. for that you need to file a petition in the High Court of your state for quashing the same.
You need more clarity about your purpose and what exactly you want to do. You have not mentioned your religion and whether any child is born out of wedlock.
