Q1 Husband and his parents put false allegtion for his resque that wife used to receive phone calls late night which is baseless, how to contest it?
Q2 what is the procedureto find her husband's phone call details ?
Q3 on the hearing of 125 n DV husbands advocate insisted for maediation cell, which we accepted too, but both the families have alredy sat so many times before as well but husabd and his family doesnot want to agree any thing. all they want is ligiation free evacuation from the marriage and all the cases ? What to do ?
Q4 In mediation does they record anyth... 2 session have passed but mediator doesnot listen wife problm rather agrees wat husband says and neither mediator is asking husband's family to join medation? how to tackle this?

you may file ur call recordds and apply for the records of hubby. in case your family has already discussed the possibility of compromise a number of times, there may not be any need of a mediator. i think an effective legal representation through your lawyer is the best remedy in the present scenario.
