Q1)wat generally Husband do to save him and his family from 125 ,498A and DV cases?

If he hasnot filing RCR nor for divorse but has only taken AB for him and his family. What cases or steps he wud take to protect himself and his family?

Q2) If husband has thrown wife out of the house. wife goes to stay with her parents . If wife starts working then wud she still be entilled for maintainace? Even if her earning is half of wht her husband is earning?

Q3) If parents of husband are Govt employees and FiR has been lodged against them then wud it effect their job? And daughter in law write letter to their office abot their cruelity then wud it be effective?

working woman may not be entitled to maintenance and government employees if arrested, may be suspended. mere writing letters may not affect the job.

He may just contest or counter attack by filing a complaint for false case

Earning would be kept in mind and so is the status or standard when the two were together.

Writing to their employer will be cruelty on husband by you. It may become a good ground against you for divorce on the grounds of cruelty
