I had a quarrel with my wife and in the fist of anger i said she should go and stay with her parents and will send her divorce papers.She left home and now we came to know from her relative that her greedy father plans to file false case of 498a against me and my family and wants 70 lacs as compensation.He does not allow my wife to call me and she is in confinement by her father.She is a girl who is afraid of her father too much in such a situation what shall we do ? How can i contact my wife when her father does not allow us ?

You send her letters by registered post acknowledgement due and wait for the response. Any further advice will be based on the outcome of such letters.

You should visit their house. If you trust someone close to them, take him/her along. Do not play with your ego and try to sort the matter with a focus on saving the marrage. If needed, apologise to your wife and her father for any blame they may put on you. Efforts to save the marriage will help you in a long way, irrespective of the fact whether the marriage is saved or not.
