Legal Question in Family Law in India

This query is regarding a Domestic Violence case filed by my ex wife, which has been stayed by the high court since around 1 year, the ex wife is not withdrawing the dv case but has consented to my divorce petition and I have got my divorce granted by court.

Now, The ex is not at all following up on the DV case , i want to know what r the options available to me to expedite the dv case.

you can ask the court to dismiss the DV case for absence of complainant or bring to the notice of the court the fact of consent divorce.
