query related to divorce

I was forced to marry a person at the age of 17, after that which i had left the place for higher studies. I had filed a case in the court for divorce at the age of 18 but still I'm not being granted and finally i have made an appeal to the court asking for immediate divorce. Is thera any provision to get divorce as soon as possible because the case has been dragging for nearly 4 years. kindly send your suggestions.

as you were married at the age of 17, the marriage is null and void and instead of divorce, you may file a suit for declaration declaring your marriage as void as you were below the age of maturity.
