my query is about my wife\'s govt service as an assistant teacher .I marry her in Feb 2009 but she started her B.T.C.(U.P.) in Jan 2009.She joined as an assistant teacher in her home town in July 2011 without my and my family permission .After she joined her behaviour going too wrong .I have a child of 3 years .Now she is living with her parents and not want to come back to me .Now i came to know that she did not updated married in her documents and she still working as unmarried .Is there any way that i could claim on her job .I want that she should be terminated from job .How can i get her personal record from B.S.A. office .Is it possible to file a case against her job .please Guide me to file the case against her job.

teacher - July 2011
But She is still Unmarried on her Job Data.
How can i collect her data from B.S.A. office .Have i to use R.T.I.
I want to see her terminated from job .Please guide me .Also i belong to Uattrakhand and she is from Muzaffarnagar U.P.
Now i want divorse if she did not resign her job .I have filed a complaint in mahila ,bal ayoug that" she dont want to resign her job and not want to live with me also she has given me threat that she would file of case of dowry and commited soucside if i give her pressure to resign " .what should i do now .i know she would refuse to give divorse to me and also refuse to resign her job which is based on her unmarried data. 10 december is counsling date give by mahila ayoug .I know very well she refuse to resign her job in mahila ayoug and also refuse to give divorse .What should i do next for divorse against her will. Can i have divorse without her permison(will).

If you give a letter to that effect in concerned department or school, that would be sufficient to get her evicted. But I don't want you to do such silly thing. If she does not want to come back, she will not even if her job is gone since she does not need you. Better, you should concentrate on filing a divorce petition. In mediation during proceeding, effort for restitution will be made and if that fails case will proceed as per merit. Since, she is not willing to join you, you can take the ground of cruelty.
