Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to ask a question about alimony.

My husband is seking divorce from me. we have a kid. We are getting seperated because of family conflicts.

My husband is based on london, he is a software Engineer. For the past 7 years, I am living in India. My husband never gave me any money. But he is quite interested in giving me the stipulated amount. But both the families feuds/elders are fighting, this leads to bigger haed ache to me.

My husbands present salary is Rs.3.5 lacs per month.

what could be the alimony amount for me?

the alimony amount would depend upon the mutual agreement of you both and it depends upon various factors like your education, earning capacity, children etc....
