Few question, I know you must be very busy, but wld be really thankful if you guide me p.l
House is in the joint name � first owner is husband, second is me, registration of the house is on both the names.
I have stop paying the EMI, because iam staying in the rented flat with my daughter, taking all the responsibility her school fees her food, doc expense each and every things, he is not paying any peny to us. Iam working in a organistion with handsome salary
I have not asked any alimony, only my share in the house I have put 5 lac rupees in such case, will court help getting my share ?
He is jobless, his claim is for daughter, proving iam a bad mother.he is made some bad photo etc with help of some software..trying to defame me in the society and saying he will show this false picture in court?
What shld I do, all my articles including all the house furniture, etc is with him.

It is ur right to get possession of that house through DVA application. File the case and you will get that house.
