2) Husband has sold all his property. and my financial condition is very critical. My son has loan. It gets very difficult survive on his salary. Can I get any share of money from sold property? (he got around 30lacs)

If you ask for divorce or judicial separation you can ask alimony and ask for money.

3) He has gone through bypass surgery 2 years back. Will this affect for getting divorce?

Depends upon his other assets - needs are greater of which spouse etc.
