question on family matters

if a husband unintentionally mentioned bachelor though he was divorcee and hide his date of birth which differ 4 yrs from the DOB shown to the wife, then as per IPC what is the offence and provision under this rule and by which period it is not revoked?

an offense of fraud and forgery may be made out against the husband u/s 420, 468 of the indian penal code.

Your facts are not sufficient for appropriate opinion/guidance.

The action mentioned by you may amount to cheating punishable under section 420 of IPC. The marriage may be voidable on the ground of fraud.
