Legal Question in Family Law in India

Question is that a father (muslim) who has three sons and their children made will for his wife with some condition that is after his death his wife take rent of the house but not transfer anyone after death of his wife property to be transferred to their sons, unfortunately all sons has died in the life of mother, after mother death where will property go?

in case there are no legal heirs, the property would go to the next relative and in case the family has no relative, the property would be acquired by the government.
