Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi my question is that i had filed for a mutual divorce on sept 2 2011 and the final sign has to be done on feb 2 2012, i am want to try for my career in mumbai n the divorce is filed in faridabad that is delhi ncr, so i wil not be available on the final divorce date. Though my mother stay here, my prob is that is it possible that i get divorce without my physical presence.

You are required to attend court. If Feb is not possible another date can be taken after about 2-3 months.

you can ask the court for a next suitable date thru a lawyer but you will have to attend the court
