Legal Question in Family Law in India

My question is that my husband is in Australia and i am in India.I have lodged few cases against him like DV,498 in India in the year 2008 after coming back to India .Now husband is not coming to India and he is seeking for divorce from Australia.I received a summon from Australia but my lawyer refused to accept it.What shoud i do now in this situation .Should i accept it or not and can he take divorce like this way.Pls advice.Thank you.

you may hire a lawyer in australia to defend your case otherwise your husband would get ex parte divorce. refusal to service amounts to service.
