question on Office rule

If a wife complaint against her husabnd in his office for cruelty or demestic violance then only by her written complaint Can take any action against her husband by his office.?

Hello.

If she has approached the concerned court authorities they yes the office will take some action or else it depends on your creditability in office or your rapport with the concerned officers superior to you.

Yes, the employer may consider taking suitable action against a person on the complaint received from his wife. If the employee happened to be a wife-basher, the employer may inform the police about the incidents coming to his notice.

Awaiting court orders, an employer may also hold a suitable amount from salary of the employee for payment to the wife towards her maintenance claim.
