Legal Question in Family Law in India

My First Question was
i got married before 3 months and my husband is not able to intercourse,he is not impotent,i know that yet he does'nt want to sleep with me,he says he does'nt have any affair too he just says we are not compatible with each other, and is ready to go for divorce ,can i apply for u/s 14 of HMA,to waive off the 1 yr period and then can i get divorce based on mutual consent,the reason , he does'nt want to sleep with me , would that be sufficient to apply for u/s 14 of HMA , Will court grant to waive off the 1 yr period under exceptional hardship, and let us to have divorce under mutual consent.his behaviour is making me mentally imbalenced. i need a solution, kindly please give me some information so that i can proceed accordingly
Your Answer was that i can try ,
but i want to know even the chances of it being approved , would this one reason be enough for the court to approve or proceed with u/s 14 of hma.pls advise

You have to explain the cruelty being done on you besides not having sex with your spouse. These are very important issues for happy married life.
