Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from Rajasthan and Presently working in Uttaranchal from last 02 years. I married 02/02/2010 with a girl from U.P,She leaved my home (Uttaranchal) after 1.5 months,

From last 04 months she living with her father.W

Yesterday I got a call from local Police officer. The give a application with for my demand of dowry 498a and send the same in CC to Woman Shell, New Delhi

Police office send note in favor of me. Now all is Okay. But ............???

I ask to my lower he told to me for file RCR against section 9a case. Is this help for me in future?

What I will do in this stage�.Please advice.
