I had registered in Bharat matrimonial and father of my wife (K Ramakrishna Arjunan) sent an interest message to me and thereafter by seeing her profile, I also express my interest in this proposal my wife and myself met each other in Taravatil restaurant PMG on 10th October 2009 at that time she was working as sub inspector in CRPF at Eastern sector (Assam) .On 12th October 2009 I called her father for expressing my interest in this proposal and after 2 days her father came to our house and express their interest in proceeding the proposal. They are very much interested in this proposal and demanded that marriage should be performed within one month; I disagreed this since at that time she is working in Assam and asked Rewti to give a request to the department for a transfer to the southern sector.

On December K R Arjunan called my father and told him that the marriage should be scheduled on January itself since she has been selected for the UN mission program in Liberia and on 13th December 2009 her father along with some relatives came to my home and after discussing this with my father they fixed the marriage date on 26th January 2010.After one week I got an sms from her that she wants to talk with me, On the same day when I called her, the mobile was switched off and on the next day when I called her and we talked with each other and I enquired what was the unique matter which she wants to talk with me and also asked her whether she was not interested in this proposal or if she has any affair with any one and I directly asked her if she had any problem in living a long married life with me. She replied that she had no affair with anyone and is interested in this proposal and the problem was the UN mission since she has been selected for this mission program, she told me that she would be available for a short period after marriage. I told her that I am not concerned about that after 6 months you applied for a 2 months leave and she agreed. After that we regularly talked with each other through phone.

The marriage was on 26-01-2010 at Ragam auditorium kazhakuttom Thiruvananthapuram; we had physical relation with each other from 27-01-2010 to 31-01-2010.On 31-01-2010 she returned back to Delhi by flight the expense of the flight ticket was met by me (Rs 10,000) then we regularly contacted with each other through phone.

One day she called me told that she was not interested in going for Liberia mission program and she wants to cancel the mission program. I told her to cancel the mission program but she has not cancelled the mission program. On 7th February2010 she met a person named sultan at Delhi and they had gone for shopping together and later on I found to know that this person is having a long term affair with her. On 8th February 2010 she had gone to Liberia

Through phone she told me that she was going for Liberia on 24-02-2010 and she also told me that she wants my presence in Delhi and asked me to book a flight ticket to Delhi on 16 February 2010 moreover she told me that her batch mates cottage will be free at that time and we can stay there till 24 February 2010 so I booked a Delhi flight ticket on 16 February 2010,but she left Delhi on 8 February 2010.only at 7 February 2010 she informed me that their program schedule is changed and the department has changed the date but the actually she has lied to me ,but later I found to know that on 7 February 2010 sultan was in Delhi.

I believed her and both of us has a good relation through phone and she used to call me regularly and I also called her twice a day till 16 may 2010.On 16 may 2010 we had a slight misunderstanding with each other through phone and thereafter she had not picked my phone calls and even if she pick the phone her approach was very rude and on 22 may 2010 when I enquired what was actually happened to her, she told me that she was not interested in this marriage and her parents forced her to marry me and I was shocked by hearing this because before the marriage when I enquired everything about her through phone and she told me that she was interested in this proposal, when i asked about this in detail she revealed everything to me .the problem she was facing is that she had an affair with one police men who is working as senior sub inspector of police in Jammu and Kashmir police and his name is sultan lives in Srinagar.

I called her father and asked him whether she was involved in any sought of affair with anyone. He told me that one person named sultan was actually interested in marrying her.In order to solve the problem her father sent a fake fax to the headquarters of CRPF for granting her leave for some days. Her father told me that the leave has been granted by the department but the problem she had was shortage of money, since all the expenses for travelling should be met by her only. So I booked the flight ticket from Liberia to India and also the return ticket (Rs 70,000).

On 27th June 2010 she returned back to India and stayed with me after 5 days, she told me that she wants to live with sultan and this affair was started 3 years back. So I told her to pack all her belongings and leave her to her elder sisters (seema arjunan) house at chacka Trivandrum. From there she gone to Delhi for meeting this sultan but at the mean time someone called sultans IG and informed what was happened between me and mywife.So sultan was not able to come and receive her from Delhi. Two days she stayed along with her younger sister in Delhi and returned back to trivandrum.

I was not aware of the fact that someone had actually called sultans IG and also got the information that sultan has actually cheated her. Her parents called me for a compromise and I talked with mywife and she was willing to come with me and on 10 July 2010 she returned back to my house during her stay at my house she rarely talked with me but she regularly contacted sultan through e-mails and by phone, she even called sultan from my land line number. Throughout this 15 day time we do not have any physical relation with each other. By spending remaining days with me she returned back to Liberia. I had accompanied along with her up to the Air port and during that time she told me she wants to live with sultan and she wants a divorce from me and she also mentioned that she was also not interested in continuing any physical or mental relation with me.

On 18th july2010 she reached Liberia and she did not informed that she had reached there and she also stopped calling me, I also decided to separate from her and stop calling her. Her parents forced me for calling her. When I called her she pick the phone and rarely talked with me this drama goes on till 2nd February 2011,during this entire period she has not make a single call to my mobile or to my home. But I frequently called her (2-3 times in a week),once when I called her she told me that she had no time to waste and she had another life and her future and my future are different. I told this to her parents, her father told me that she had promised to him that she won�t contact sultan .On November 2010 she told her younger sister that sultan�s marriage is over and she had cheated her, by knowing this I called sultan and talked with him and I found to know that this guy was fooled every one ie her parents and her sister with the knowledge of my wife, while talking with him what I was noticed was he is Cumming person trying to substantiate that his marriage is over and he was going for honeymoon on February 2011 in Dubai and he lied so many things to me, But in feb he was in India. I had investigated this issue and I found to know that sultans marriage is not over and moreover he is regularly contacting her through face book, orkut and emails. She had not make a single call during this period .On 8th February 2011 she returned back to India and on 11th February 2011 she was in her native place kurichy kottayam. She has not come to my home and when I called her parents they replied that she was not willing to live with me, So I had consulted an advocate for divorce by knowing this my wife along with her parents came to my house for a compromise 6 march2011at that time my wife told my sister that she wants more time for taking an appropriate decision and asked for one week time. After three days her sister called me and told that she wants to talk with me, I agreed that and we talked with each other and discussed everything at that time what I had realised was that she wants more time ( i.e. 8 months time to take a decision ).On 12 march 2011 she came to my home and show interest in physical relation and we had physical relation with each other after that she consumed i-pill and when I asked why you have done this she told me that she was not interested in conceiving child. On 19 march 2011 I called my co-brother and mentioned that I am decided to grant her divorce but on 20 march 2011 her mother called me to her sister�s house at Chaka(Trivandrum) and they sent my wife along with me to my house. For satisfying her parents she lived with me from 20th march2011 to 29th march 2011 and after that she gone back to Ahmadabad (CRPF Head quarters) in order to rejoin after leave. Now she is sending sms and calling me regularly but the sincere attachment was not there what she wanted is to extend the divorce so that the 3rd person involvement can be eliminated.

i have been totaly cheated by this marriage my one year life has been spolied what shall i do now
