thank you rajiv gupta sir its means if he taken direction for high court for speedy disposal it will not effect if i file 340 crpc and enhancement maintainance application sir what is contrary

my lawyer says to me that u lost your chance to file 340 crpc and enhancement of maintainance application sir each and every date when i meet my lawyer and ask to do so he refuse to do thank u so much sir

high court direction for speedy disposal has no bearing upon your application u/s 340 or your application for enhancement of maintenance. you may go ahead and file both these applications.
