Legal Question in Family Law in India

because rajiv sir she already took away my child completely just my name is left with him even that she want to remove away main thing german law are so easy. as child live with her and citizen of germany by birth and she take responsibility she get child so easily.all i want is divorce first and she send me papers in 9 month after that how much time i do need to get divorce but she won't come to india or sign any paper. so do i need her to sign anything or that paper is enough

you bring divorce papers and rest we will guide you to get divorce.

but in the meanwhile you can also file case of custody of your child.
