Legal Question in Family Law in India

well rajiv sir if father remarries then the property will be divided ineual share if a new baby is born and it is only when father dies in his life time will property be divided this question is in the context of previous one.

if father make any will (In case self earn property) then that will is executed.

IF it is ancestral property then his any new born child may also ask for his share.
