498A pending , sec 125 pending , DVA is pending.
MUslim couple. Wife wants re-union. But husband says divorce has already happened( triple talak ) in wife's absence, in presence of two witness but none from girls side.

Can the girl file for RCR as she wants re union with her husband despite of the triple talak? under what circumstances it can happen?
what to do if the husband files false counter cases on me? or cutody of the child. Couple has a daughter who has heart problem since birth.
Please suggest what all can e done in order to make the home back. what are the legal procedures?

RCR may not be available. She should pursue her remedies u/s 498-A, 125 and DVA.
