Legal Question in Family Law in India

if the RCR is filed in the high court, can it be moved to the lower court in the name of change of jurisdiction? what i intend to ask is my wife lives with her parents in a city with a lower court. I live in a city with a high court and we got married in a third city. can my wife get the jurisdiction transferred to where she now stays?

yes she may get the jurisdiction transferred. However, RCR may be filed in a lower court before the District Judge and not in the High Court. The supreme court alone has the power to transfer the case from one jurisdiction to other
