what is RCR petition? how can be marriage proved by that??

RCR is filed for restitution of marital ties and is not filed to prove the marriage. to prove a marriage, a declaration needs to be filed.

To get your wife back for cohabitation by a court order, you have to file Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition and for filing the same you need to file proof of marriage like photographs, certificate of marriage etc. You don't require to prove the marriage separately.
