Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have read somewhere that when two partners go for mutual consent divorce and when one of the partner changes he or she also doesnot get any relief from higher courts is it true or if not the case of partner weaknes who changes.please clear.

The query given above is not clear.
What relief you are asking about if it is a mutual divorce.
What ever one partner want from another, they have to settle it mutually and divorce will only be declared when both parties have consent and fulfill the separation duration.
