Does real bill of gold prod-used by wife side proof dowry taken by husband.

my wife have the real bill of gold of 8 tola gold. does it enough to proof the dowry given by them?

in case the gold was purchased at the time of marriage, the presumption can be drawn but the presumption is rebuttable.

if it is purchased at the time of marriage then it may be considered as dowry but you may rebut that evidence laid by you.
