reason to nulify marriage
I am hindu girl got married with hindu boy under hindu marriage act this year.it was arriange marriage.My husband were looking for masters degree holder.My family said i did masters.My actual qualification is post graduate diploma in IT.As it is post graduate diploma so we said i did master.Now my husband is saying as they were looking for masters or postgraduate degree but i did post graduate diploma which i didnot mention before marriage and post gradaute diploma cannot be master so he will take legal help to nulify this marriage.Is marriage can be nulify under this ground???? Is issue of degree and diploma can be a ground to nulify marriage?

The reason given by you may not be sufficient for your husband to seek dissolution of marriage.
You may consider pursuing a criminal complaint against him under IPC and/or DVA for committing cruelty / violence.

It is just mockery. Marriages are not subject to decree. Since marriages are not subject to decree therefore one cannot seek nullification of marriage on this ground, if there is something apart, it is different thing. Marriages are not job which can be terminated on the want of decree!
