Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have recd. a notice from a district court under suit filed by my legal wife , under section 24 of special marriages act Section 24 in The Special Marriage Act, 1954.

We have never been in any physical relationship.I want contest the same. Kindly advise.

Since she has approached the court for declaring the marriage be void, you have to appear and respond to the notice and contest the charges.

You have to engage a lawyer so as to contest the charges and respond to the notice.
